I have been super busy and have not had time to write about all the great food we have been creating. Early in March we created a chic reception for a client of One Source Weddings.  They wanted high style cuisine and had already a menu in mind. The event was held in Lebanon at the Cedars of Lebanon.  Wendy and her staff created a magazine style reception with some amazing details that can be viewed on her site.  It was the prefect setting, a cold snowy night with the fireplace blazing- so very romantic. The ceremony was there as well and the guests had an amazing time. We paired the wines for each course and even though it was for only 10 guests the elaborate menu was very time consuming! 🙂

I took  the pics and am suprised at how much better my photog skills are getting. 🙂
